I've had enough . . .
Bad tables. Seating guests in Tampa Bay area restaurants is rarely a matter of status or celebrity; it's just common sense, a little math and, ideally, grace. Too often lately, especially when dining rooms are nearly empty, hosts immediately dispatch diners to the farthest stations. While every server needs some business, most of us want to dine close to the warmth of humanity (but a safe distance from the more combustible partiers). Seating's an art; study it.
