ST. PETERSBURG - Members of the U.S. Coast Guard's Port Security Unit 307 will collect toys and clothing for needy children this weekend at two Wal-Mart stores.

New toys or clothing can be dropped off in the 25-foot Coast Guard boats that will be set up at each store. Crew members will do push-ups in appreciation for donations.

Toys will be collected from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the Wal-Mart stores at 3993 Tyrone Blvd., and at 8001 U.S. 19 N in Pinellas Park.
