Cool Crete Designs opened in Riverview at 12418 Treepoint Court in February. The new business offers decorative concrete for patios, driveways and walkways. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Call 966-1726.

WINE LOVERS: What's My Wine? opened March 16 at 936 W Brandon Blvd. At the winery, customers choose the type of wine they want to make, the size of the bottle, color of the shrink wrap and design of the label. Staff members then take over the fermenting, racking and stabilizing of the wine. Prices vary. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and by appointment Monday. Call 662-3400.

PHONE FRENZY: Verizon Wireless opened a kiosk in Westfield Shoppingtown Brandon in February. The new store near the food court offers a variety of cellular phones with Verizon Wireless service plans. Customers also can pay their bills at the kiosk. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Call 681-7217.

ORIGINAL ART: Longtime Brandon resident Alan Feldman created an Internet business in October called Investment-Art. Artists from all over the world sell their original art via Investment-Art.com. I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM: Cold Stone Creamery opened at 2024 Badlands Drive March 19th. The store makes all of its ice cream on the premises fresh every day. Customers can choose an ice cream flavor and add ingredients such as coconut, fruits, nuts, fudge, caramel and more. Ice cream cakes also are available. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Call 689-8873.

SMOOTHIE CENTER: Robeks opened March 7 at 2422 W Brandon Blvd. The new smoothie shop offers flavors like strawnana berry, raspberry romance, awesome cherry, pina colada and more. Gourmet sandwiches, frozen yogurt and stuffed pretzels also are on the menu. Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
