ESE services

The Exceptional Student Education Department provides technical assistance and support to all eligible children in the Hernando County schools.

Services available to parents include quarterly newsletters, monthly support groups, a resource library, telephone support, staffing support and home visits as requested. Training is offered at a family workshop each semester and through classes such as Active Parenting Today, Active Parenting of Teens, Active Parenting of the ADHD Child and a Nurturing Fathers Program.
