The Bellamy on Bayshore

LOCATION: 4201 Bayshore Blvd., between Knights and Wallcraft avenues

DEVELOPER: JMC Design and Development

DESCRIPTION: Twenty-one story tower with 61 condominiums and three penthouses. Units will range from 2,725 to 6,847 square feet and have three bedrooms and three or 31/2 baths.

PRICE: Preconstruction prices ranged from $660,000 to $2.8-million. The project is 95 percent sold, said JMC's Angela Lowry.

AMENITIES: Each home will have two terraces, granite kitchen counter tops, high ceilings and private elevator access. There also will be a gated entry to covered parking, a concierge, poolside gardens with grills and outdoor fireplace, a fitness center with saunas, formal and informal event rooms with billiards, a wine cellar with private lockers, a theater, library and conference center.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: The project was named after Francis Bellamy, the author of the Pledge of Allegiance, who used to live nearby on Wallcraft, Lowry said.

TIMELINE: Construction began in March 2004 and should be completed in early 2006.

MOVE-IN DATE: Immediately after construction.
