Pasco-Hernando Community College athletic director and former basketball coach Bobby Bowman was inducted into the Florida Southern College Athletic Hall of Fame on April 2.

Bowman, who coached men's basketball from 1963-67, finished his four-year career at FSC as the Moccasins' third-leading scorer with 1,773 points. His career scoring average of 17.9 points is fifth-best in FSC history.

The Mocs' most valuable player as a junior and senior, he holds the FSC record for field goals in a game with 18. He once scored 43 points against a Miami team that included future NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry.
