Resources: How do I get started?

Find other homeschool parents in your area to help steer you toward local resources. Many parents go online; public libraries often keep information on local groups. Researching homeschool support groups, ask yourself if you're willing to sign a statement of faith. Many religious-based support groups require that of their members. Otherwise, seek out groups that don't make religion the centerpiece of their activities. Help abounds on the Internet.
