Musical partnership marries voice, piano

Luis and Jennifer Sanchez are musical partners as well as husband and wife, and they're giving a concert. Jennifer, a soprano who teaches at Eckerd College and has performed with the Florida Orchestra and Palm Beach Opera, will sing works of Rachmaninoff (The Water Lily), Rossini and Irving Berlin. Luis, a pianist on the faculty of St. Petersburg College, will play works of Brahms, Liszt and Ginastera (Danzas Argentinas). The concert is at 8 p.m. Friday at the SPC Music Center, 66th Street and Fifth Avenue N, St. Petersburg. Free. (727) 341-4301.
