The great songs of Elvis Presley will be performed today at "One Night With Elvis" at Castaway's Pub and Grill, 5430 U.S. 19 N, Crystal River.

The concert begins with a buffet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The menu features chicken, smoked meat, potato salad and coleslaw. Tickets for the buffet are $5.

"The buffet is a real casual affair, but with good food," said Castaway's owner Pam Finley.

The Elvis show will be held on the back lot of Castaway's.

"We have a great Elvis impersonator who covers a wide range of his songs," Finley said. "Also he has a fireworks show. It should be a thrilling event."

Finley said an emotional highpoint of the show will be Elvis' rendition of American Trilogy. She is also planning to have firefighters stage a boot drive to raise money for disaster relief, but those plans haven't been finalized.

Though Castaway's is a small pub, the lot outside is much larger. A recent party there drew more than 500 people, Finley said.

Tickets for the Elvis show, which is separate from the buffet are $7 in advance, available at Castaway's, and $10 at the door. Advance ticket holders will also get prime stage-front seating. Call 795-3653.
